  • Helping to empower young adults by offering individualized, high-quality programming addressing independent living skills and employment training to support youth transition successfully to adulthood.

  • SWW offers community-based assistance to individuals impacted by domestic violence residing outside of a shelter setting.

Jewish Community Services and Older Adult Programs

  • Providing assistance for Jewish families facing financial crisis, those needing resources during holiday seasons, older adults who may benefit from additional help, and those needing behavioral health services.

  • Provides older adults with comprehensive in-home support such as counseling, case management, advocacy, and referral to appropriate resources.

  • Responsible for the management and maintenance of the electronic medical records system. Develop and monitors data quality metrics to ensure business data and reporting needs are met.

  • Provides reasonable assurances that JFCS is complying with local, state, and deferral regulations as well as any other governing or accrediting body.

  • Provides customer service to clients through the completion of intake referrals for initial services.

  • Verifies and notifies each client of their benefits and financial responsibility prior to treatment and assists with obtaining prior authorization as needed.

  • Ensures the organization’s financial assets are protected through the implementation of sound financial policies and procedures, and to provide stakeholders with meaningful financial data that is in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

  • Manages the needs of company employee. From organizational development through employment law interpretation, HR helps in maximizing the efficiency of the organization by focusing on human capital and organizational success.

  • Collaborates with staff to design, develop, test, and implement effective technology-based solutions in support of the business strategy, goals, and operation.

  • Connects individuals, corporations, foundations, and volunteers with JFCS to provide financial and other support to agency programs. Oversees the marketing and public relations for the agency to communicate and promote JFCS with potential clients and key stakeholders.

  • Proactively and systematically works to improve the quality of services provided at JFCS.

  • Responsible for defining strategies, tasks, and methods that will be used to meet all training requirements.
